Are you a factory?

Yes, we are direct factory so we can offer competitive prices and guarantee the quality control and delievery time.

Can you provide free samples?

Free sample is available. Sample fee can be refund after you place bulk order of more than 300 pcs.

Do you support custom design?

Yes, but MOQ is 200 pieces per style. And the unit price is usually higher than stock styles.

What is your MOQ?

For custom design, our MOQ is 200 pcs 4 sizes 2 colors. For stock, you can order 1 pc.

What material do you use?

Usually we knit products in acrylic, cotton, wool and cashmere etc. We can also customize as your demand.

What is the payment term?

Normally 30% down payment 70% cash on delievery for the bulk. We also support irrevocable L/C at sight.
